Woodmancote Vets has recently had a makeover and feels like a much more modern and well organised Vets. I've been coming here with our dogs for the last 10 years. They have always looked after them brilliantly, I trust the vets and I don't feel like I'm being ripped off.

I have been at this vets for many years, I have no problem taking any of my animals to this surgery, and it's very welcoming and its extremely competitive in price, and don't rip you off .

Really disappointed! I signed up to there pet health plan and have been paying into over 10 months. The wormer arrived and my dog had a bad reaction, so I called up told them i was told that a different wormer would be sent. Few weeks later the same wormer arrived! I called up and was told they would make me up something different but the couldn't except the other wormer back. So I went into vets to collect only to be told I had to pay another £19 for wormer. When I complained and said I have already paid for two lots if wormer that made my dog ill, the rather confused looking vet said no and that she would give £1 off as a good will as that's how much wormers cost...what a joke as they where just to charge me £19 for wormers....just shows how much they make. Yet again another vet that clearly puts money because customer service. Dont bother using there pet health care services clearly there internal process dont align if there is an issue and you wont get your money back or a fair exchange. 🙄

A million thanks to Veronika (and the team) for saving my hamster Kiko’s life and always going the extra mile with her kindness and professionalism! Kiko was rapidly declining in health and she has taken such good care of him in the matter of hours, as well as always taking care of my dog when he’s unwell. Thank you so much to Veronika and the team for the care they have shown our cat throughout her life. Every time we visited the vet we knew our cat was given the best treatment. Sadly we put our cat down last week, Veronika supported us through every step. We will 100% be using this vets for future pets. Thank you again

Had to visit with my very sick dog, the staff were incredible, compassionate, patient and helpful towards my old baby girl and us, seen quickly and were very reasonably priced, highly recommended, and thank you so much for they way you handled the situation and your gentle kind manner regardless of the fact that you were already busy.
