Regency Vets

We changed recently to Regency and are really happy we did. The reception team are wonderful. We get to see the same vet if we need to so that we can get that continuity of care without having the pressure put on us to explain every detail yet again. We are never rushed in appointments, which is handy when you have a few quirky conditions going on. The whole practice just has a lovely vibe. I grew up watching all creatures great and small (the older version) and I had come to miss that relationship and trust you can build with your vet - we wanted to find somewhere we could get to know a vet, as well as them get to know us and our dogs history. Regency definitely provides this - Keep doing what you are doing Regency!

Where do we begin, Regency Vets Cheltenham, have been simply amazing since we found them through a friend's recommendation. Welcoming , Excellent support, comforting, caring, professional, and bloody good at getting results 🐕. Their professional approach and explanation to guide us through varied treatments over time has been so reassuring. Give them a call you won't regret it.

We love Regency vets. The whole team is so welcoming, and they always encourage you to bring your pet in regularly so real visit are less scary. Our Molly was quite a nervous lab, and Olivia was so welcoming - always throwing herself to floor level to make dog feel comfortable. Our children love going too, Craig is very knowledgeable at comparing weights of 5 - 11 year old kids with various dog breeds (they have a large scale). We are members of the pet plan and have had large ops (speying) and minor crisis (broken dew claw, eye issue) dealt with superbly - highly recommend Regency to everyone I know.

They are all such a great team through good times and emotional times. At Regency it’s about what’s best for you pet rather than profit margins. Highly recommend!!!!!

I can't rate Regency Vets, high enough. They have all been wonderful, every time we've needed to see them or when I've been away from home and I've needed advice or repeat prescriptions. My two dogs love the attention they receive from Molly and Craig when they walk through the door. What a great team, thank you very much. Lots of love from Saoirse and Murphy xx

I haven't been with Regency vets that long but from the experience I have had so far, with them looking after our sweet kitty, Diego, I can't recommend them highly enough. All the staff I have properly met so far, Alex, Millie and Craig have all been so kind and genuinely so very caring and definitely go the extra mile. A very big THANKYOU

10/10 experience with regency- I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. First visit today for a procedure (I’m a farm vet myself so take care of day to day stuff at home). Honestly I was so impressed from start to finish. The clinic itself is stunning: so bright, airy and spotless. The reception team were incredibly kind, friendly and professional, and so good with communication. The rest of the team is equally lovely! Procedure and costs all explained, I left my dog there feeling very reassured and confident. Alex was brilliant, an excellent vet: he explained things really well and clear, did a very good job with the procedure, was very patient with my questions and so so good with Scrumpy!! He had such a nice time that when we went to leave he kept trying to stay with them and get back to the kennels 🤦‍♀️ The pricing is extremely reasonable too. You wouldn’t ever find a better vets around. Thank you so much to all the team today! We look forward to the next visit!

We have just changed to Regency Vets having heard so many people saying amazing things and recommending them to us. We had our labrador spayed with them yesterday and can completely see why everyone loves them! A lovely clinic, fabulous staff (receptionists, admin, vets - everyone!) and phenomenal service right through from booking to taking her home. They put us totally at ease as we were very nervous of the operation and left feeling fully prepared for what to expect without any sense of panic (which we've certainly felt with previous vets). Everything is very calm, understanding and professional. We could not recommend them more and wish we had known about them years ago! Thank you for taking amazing care of our dog (and us)!

Just got home from Regency Vets for the first time. Met the lovely Olivia (husband is Alex - they’re the husband & wife vet team who set up Regency). She spent an hour with our cats & us, & gave the cats a very thorough examination. Was also really personable & interested. We would highly recommend them.

Professional, friendly and compassionate treatment from everyone we met. I was quickly registered with the practice and seen the same day. Molly took our details over the phone and we were warmly greeted by Craig. Chloe was assessed by Olivia who was gentle and gave plenty of reassurance. We were both put at ease by Olivia’s kind and caring manner. I’m pleased to say Chloe is doing well. Thank you.
