We have been with Vets4Pets for about 6 years. Just before Christmas our 20 year old cat showed a big decline in her health and we took the difficult decision to put her to sleep. We rang the vets to ask if they could do a home visit. They were not able to as they had a full day of surgery so we arranged an appt for later that day. However, the situation changed and they were able to come to us. The lovely vet and Amy , her assistant, were so kind, gentle and so patient with our beloved cat and us. What was a very upsetting and sad afternoon was bearable because of their kindness. They are a credit to the profession and we sincerely thank you both for your kindness.

Very helpful and kind staff that helped when my dog was ill. Made a big fuss of him and gave me peace of mind.

Was desperate to see a vet for my Dog for advice but was told I would have to pay £250 as wasn't registered or could see a vet on the Monday ...I've been in ICU Cheltenham for 7 months & didn't need this extra stress especially the worry of my Dog as is clearly in pain!! Five minutes of there time for a vet to check my Dog would of been very appreciated and I was happy to pay for any medication needed & labour costs...Clearly it sums this establishment up its obviously all about the ££££ than the love of Animals!

Imagine your camping your beloved dog has a growth that turned nasty and you have to see a vet, worried and stressed gosh was I then I met the most amazing team at vets for pets Cheltenham, from the phone call to a new member of staff who went above and beyond to help us to the regular staff the lady on the shop floor searching for a trolley to buy for my dog to get around in, the receptionist who was so kind and very efficient and easy to talk to, the vet clare best vet I've ever met I felt so confident I asked her to do the operation my boy needed ❤️, the gentleman that spoke to us about our insurance the absolutely wonderful nurses and lovely Jo who took over the claim for us all of them amazing and my boy is like a puppy again all bouncy and 😊. I hope you all get to read this because your truly truly amazing 👏 thankyou live Julie and George x

As quickly as what I transferred my pets to this branch, is as quickly as what I transferred them away. Definitely a company who is more interested in making money out of their clients than retaining them. Prejudice against clients who don’t buy their medication from them but ask for written prescriptions. Senior staff’s attitude beggars belief…Only good thing is a very friendly receptionist and good opening hours, but apart from that I can’t say my experience with this practice was good at all. Not recommended one bit

All the staff were most welcoming. During the day they kept me informed throughout the day. Also helped me out to the car carrying my dogs down the stairs as the had both been neutered. I would like to say Thank you, for the care, time, and the patience. As together the two can me a handful lol 😆
