We have been with Vets4Pets for about 6 years. Just before Christmas our 20 year old cat showed a big decline in her health and we took the difficult decision to put her to sleep. We rang the vets to ask if they could do a home visit. They were not able to as they had a full day of surgery so we arranged an appt for later that day. However, the situation changed and they were able to come to us. The lovely vet and Amy , her assistant, were so kind, gentle and so patient with our beloved cat and us. What was a very upsetting and sad afternoon was bearable because of their kindness. They are a credit to the profession and we sincerely thank you both for your kindness.

Was desperate to see a vet for my Dog for advice but was told I would have to pay £250 as wasn't registered or could see a vet on the Monday ...I've been in ICU Cheltenham for 7 months & didn't need this extra stress especially the worry of my Dog as is clearly in pain!! Five minutes of there time for a vet to check my Dog would of been very appreciated and I was happy to pay for any medication needed & labour costs...Clearly it sums this establishment up its obviously all about the ££££ than the love of Animals!
