Noeul was diagnosed with Addison’s disease by the Arvonia team, and it was truly a miracle how quickly she recovered — all thanks to your caring and loving support. As you can see, Noeul doesn’t want to go home and keeps insisting on going back to the vet 😂 This has never happened before, which feels like another little miracle 💗 I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for this sweet soul — and (as Noeul says) she can’t wait to be a regular visitor!

When your pet is unwell it’s such a worrying time but I called up and I got a same day appointment receptionist was so welcoming and kind and so lovely when my toddler was getting upset she bought out Bruno a big dog that’s a teddy Thankyou for that :) Jake looked over my kitten Duggee and checked him over and asked lots of questions and gave him an anti sickness injection and told me what to look out for. less then 24 hours Duggee is completely him self again eating and drinking and getting upto mischief I highly recommend Jake and this vets I couldn’t fault them at all Thankyou :)

Fantastic team of vets. Easy to book an appointment and all staff are very friendly. Have seen Jake a few times and he’s an excellent vet, explains everything and is very thorough… makes you feel like you’re in safe hands! Would highly recommend Arvonia, beats any of the large chain vets we have been to! Thanks all!

Arvonia is one of the best practices that you can find. They are independent and they really care for your animal. The staff is very nice and responsible, reception is lovely, and they are very quick attending the phone. The nurses are super nice, and they treated my cat (Ariel) in a very lovely way with the post op check after the neutering. Manager team has been brilliant doing all the claims for my insurance. Of course, the vets are amazing and very knowledgeable, when my cat had a problem, they immediately wanted to investigate what was happening to her, I can tell they are really passionate about their job. As an owner, all you want is to have your animal cared for. All the team did all of this, and Ariel (my cat) was clearly happy with them. Every part of my experience with them was amazing.
